Our Mission Statement

J.O.B.S. offers FREE career training courses and job-readiness seminars to women in underserved communities, women who are unemployed, and women who are underemployed in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area. Upon completion of the courses, J.O.B.S. provides the women with immersive, innovative study material that has been proven to yield passing rates on the national certification exams. Once the women successfully pass the national certification exam, one of J.O.B.S. goal is to support the women in securing a position.

Our Commitment

J.O.B.S. provides certification exam study tools and resources to ensure our students have all the necessary materials availability to be successful on the national certification exams. J.O.B.S. will pay the fee for each student’s national certification exam.

J.O.B.S. provides job-readiness training to prepare women for the new career search.  One of J.O.B.S. Board of Director, is an Executive of a staffing agency, who has created a  division exclusively to focus on developing relationships with organizations within the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, that would potential provide J.O.B.S. graduates future career placement. J.O.B.S. senior executive team is fully committed to funding the women as J.O.B.S. future students, J.O.B.S. students in the program, and finally as a nationally, certified J.O.B.S. graduate going through new hire orientation on their first day of employment.

By providing comprehensive, interactive certification training programs, women will acquire the necessary skills to enter diverse fields as professionals and gain experiences required in their career interest.

Our goal is to equip and prepare the women with the skills and knowledge required to pass the course and national certification exam for the specific trade or career. Once the women successfully pass the course and national certification exam, then we will support the women in securing a position.
